Flowerly Farm Sale Information

On the day of the sale at the specified time the Add to Cart buttons will appear.  Adding an item to your cart does not reserve that item.  You must check out and receive a confirmation in order for the item to be reserved.

As we are a small family farm we cannot entertain orders sent via email or phone before, during or after the sale.  All orders must be processed via the website store. 

We do not refund shipping on multiple orders even though they may be combined if the person and address match.  If you have multiple orders and wish to have the orders sent in separate shipments please let us know.  

Tubers will be shipped mid April via USPS either Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.  Rates are calculated at checkout and run from $7-$12.  We guarantee our tubers will sprout, arrive disease free, and be true to the variety you ordered or we will refund the purchase price of the tuber.  Refund requests for non sprouts and diseased tubers must be received by July 1 and the variety refunds by August 15.  All refund requests must be accompanied with a picture of the tuber, diseased foliage or incorrect bloom and are limited to the price of the tuber only.  

Local pickup is free and available at checkout.  Pick up is by appointment only.
