Returns
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Dahlia Tubers: All tubers are inspected before they are sent. We guarantee our tubers will arrive undamaged, will sprout, and be true to the variety you ordered or we will refund the purchase price of the tuber. Refund requests for damaged tubers must be received by May 1, for non sprout tubers must be received by July 1 and for wrong varieties by August 31. All refund requests must be accompanied with a picture of the tuber or incorrect bloom and are limited to the price of the tuber only.  If your tuber is out of stock, the amount of purchase will be refunded. To qualify for a refund you must email a picture of the tuber within 10 days of receiving the product. Â
We will not issue refunds for lost packages outside our control or claims of disease (see our Quality Section on the FAQs page)
Refunds (if applicable)
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.Â
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
